These last two weeks have been the worst weeks of my entire life. Yes, I’m being vague. No, I’m not going to tell you what’s been going on. It’s personal and private and It’s going to stay that way. BUT, suffice it to say I had literally NOTHING to give to my kids this past couple of weeks.
These kid-friendly dinner recipes may not all be the cheapest or quickest meals in my repertoire (although they aren’t that difficult either, because you know I ain’t fancy OR ambitious). But they are the meals my kids beg me for every week.
If camping alone is hard work, why go camping with kids?
Because it’s fun!

I don’t know about you, but I have a hard time coming up with dinner ideas night after night.
I wrote about the things I simply HAVE to do every day, and the things I simply HATE to do every day. Now here are the things I simply REFUSE to do every day.
Parenting. We love it but we hate it. It’s impossible but we wouldn’t give it up for the world. We miss them being little but we are so glad they can wipe their own butts.
